Official 2011 Gourmet Food Truck Bazaar - 4/10/11

How fortuitous that this blog launched today - 2 short days before the Official 2011 Gourmet Food Truck Bazaar at the West 25th St. Hell's Kitchen Flea Market this Sunday, April 10th. Music to my ears - this must be a sign and some validation of why I have been in NYC for so long. I'm destined to stalk food trucks and get a taste of each and everyone of them! It just so happens that the Kimchi Taco Truck will be at the Bazaar, along with the Rickshaw Dumpling Truck (which I've been meaning to try) and the Schnitzel & Things Truck (a new one to my ears and so a must!). Definitely worth checking out for anyone who loves a good food truck meal.
